IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to a ruling by VISA, from December 30 2003 we will no longer be able to refund deposits made using a Visa. All payments made to you will be by another method of your choice (see withdrawals page for details - normal fees apply). In order to receive a payout, should you have deposited by credit or debit card, whether Visa or Mastercard, you will be required to fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form verifying the original charges before any payments will be processed, plus you will be required to provide copies of the card(s) used, and a further proof of ID. Once this information is received, your request will be processed immediately. Please contact the company to request this form, or for any questions about your withdrawal.

Bank Wire Withdrawal

Funds wired directly to your bank account!
Bank Wires are processed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Requests must be made by 3:00 PM EST. Requests made after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following day.
The cost for this method is fixed at $25 for amounts up to $5,000. Larger amounts by arrangement – contact the company to make arrangements.
Please allow 3 to 7 business days to post to your account.
The following information must be presented: Beneficiary Name, Bank Name, Bank Address, Account Number, ABA or Routing Number, Sort or Swift Code. If all of this information is not provided your funds will not be sent out promptly. We suggest you to contact your bank to obtain the international wire instructions for your bank.

Fed Ex Withdrawal

Same Day Payouts Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Requests must be made by 9:00 AM EST. Requests made after 9:00 AM EST will be processed the following day.
Delivery normally takes 24-48 hours from the time the package is mailed, depending on your location.

Your Fed Ex Tracking Number will be emailed to you after 5:00 PM EST on the day your funds were mailed. The email will be sent to the email address in your wagering account. If you do not have email then please call to receive this information.
The check will be sent to the address we have on file, please contact Client Accounting if your address is incorrect.

If you have used your FirePay account to deposit, you will not be able to make any withdrawals until your deposit has cleared, which typically takes up to 10 days. You will then be required to credit any winnings back to FirePay, up to the amount originally deposited via FirePay. Once the original deposit amount has been refunded the other withdraw options will then become available to you, unless you have also deposited by Credit Card, in which case you will be required to clear those deposits first.
