Sic Bo rules and instructions

Sic Bo, meaning "dice pair" is an ancient Chinese game. In spite of the name, three dice are used in the sic bo game. The object of the sic bo game is to either select the individual numbers, or a combination of numbers that will appear on the dice after they are rolled. The betting possibilities and payoff amounts are depicted on the table layout by showing the combinations that can result from the three dice rolled. (If you are already familiar with the sic bo rules you can skip the next chapter and read the instructions to the virtual play mode only).

Sic Bo Rules

You may place multiple bets at the same time.

Name	Description	Payouts
Triple	Player may bet on any specific trips (for example three 1's). Player wins if all 3 dice match the number chosen.	180 to 1 (bet a dollar - get back 181 together with the stake).
Total sums	Wagers may be made on the total sum of all three dice. The player can bet on any specific total from 4 to 17. The payoff on this bet varies from 6:1 to 60:1, depending on bet.	Total sum: 4 or 17 - 60 to 1 5 or 16 - 30 to 1 6 or 15 - 17 to 1 7 or 14 - 12 to 1 8 or 13 - 8 to 1 9, 10, 11 or 12 - 6 to 1
Any Triple	Wins on any three of a kind.	30 to 1
Doubles	Player may bet on any specific pair (for example two 1's). Player wins if at least 2 of the number chosen appears.	10 to 1
Two dice combinations	Player may bet on any of the 15 possible two dice combinations (e.g. a 1 and 2). Bet wins if both numbers appear.	5 to 1
Single dice Numbers	Player may bet on any specific number from 1 to 6.	If chosen number appears 1 time bet pays 1 to 1, if it appears 2 times bet pays 2 to 1, and if it appears 3 times it pays 3 to 1.
Big or Small	A bet on small wins if the total of the three dice is between 4 and 10. A bet on big wins if the dice total between 11 and 17.	1 to 1 (bet a dollar - get back 2 together with the stake). The bet is lost, if a triple appears.

Sic Bo Instructions

1. To begin the sic bo game, choose the value of the chips you wish to make bets with. To do that, click on the chip of appropriate value in the lower right corner of the screen.
2. Place your bets by clicking in the bet spots shown on the table. Every click will increase your bet by the amount of the chip selected (if you wish you may change the gambling chip value).
3. If you wish to change the bets you placed, press Clear Bets. Or holding the space key click on the chips to remove them from the table one by one. After that place bets again.
4. After you have made your bets, press Roll. The dice will tumble for a few seconds. When they come to rest, the results will be shown and all bets settled.
5. Look at the upper left bottom part of the screen. There you can see a display representing a magnified picture of the dice. History display in the lower right corner of the screen shows the results of latest rolls. They appear from top to bottom.
6. After the round end you may push the Rebet button to make the same bet as you made in the previous round.
